I would like to thank Jan for getting my son through his driving test at first attempt. Having had no success with previous driving instructors, we turned to Jan through recommendations from friends. She was able to go back to basics and correct numerous bad habits, instilling confidence and she turned Will into a competent driver.
The key thing for me was that she took the time to undertake an initial assessment and provide detailed feedback as to Will’s driving ability. This was followed by regular updates regarding progress and areas to focus on outside of the lessons. I haven’t experienced any other instructor who has the same attention to detail. She really does take pride in her job, built up a rapport and earned a lot of respect from Will.
